[FAC] Funding information

FCASH website is in the process of converting to a resource hub for the
cultural arts.  To that end there is now a Funding Blog that you can
subscribe to where grants for artists, organizations and posts on issues
related to funding.

I just added a couple of grant opportunities ­ check them out.  Go to
www.fcash.org, Resources, Funding.
