The CSU Summer Arts Festival is very excited to bring back world renowned flamenco guitarist, Juan Serrano, for a concert July 13.  Mr. Serrano will be joined in concert by his son, Juani Serrano.  This concert is the kick-off event for the second session of CSU Summer Arts.
