Everyone is invited to attend the VIBE, a City of Fresno sponsored block party, on Kern between N and Van Ness between the hours of 5:00 & 10:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18.   There will be live music, Jeremy "Elvis" Pearce, HR7, Bellarios, Marlene Fernandez, BMX Stunt Ridings Demos, XBOX Rock Band Competitions, Happy Hour from 5-7.  Entry to the event is free.
