[FAC] KFSR Call for Support Tomorrow Morning

Friends, family, loved ones, fellow creatives, KFSR alumni...

I'll be on KFSR (90.7 FM) tomorrow morning (Tues. the 18th) helping out 
station manager, Joe Moore, with their fall pledge drive. As many of you 
know, I was a DJ with KFSR for five years (1985-1990), assistant music 
director for one year, and program director for another. This radio 
station is very near and dear to my heart.

I'll be on the air from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. If you feel so inclined (and 
it's perfectly okay if you don't!), please call in and make a pledge. 
Even $5 goes a long way.

KFSR, as you may know, is Fresno State's college radio station. In 
addition to programs like "A Prairie Home Companion" and "The Business 
Roundtable," they play jazz all day and a slew of other music genres. 
They're a huge support for our local region, and especially so within 
the creative community.

Joe Moore is also the force behind the Respite by the River literary 
readings and their recordings. In fact, they'll soon be putting out a CD 
compiling years of Respite readings.
