Spectrum Gallery is pleased to present a special exhibit‹
selected prints from The ImageMakers - a group of fine art photographers
from the Monterey Peninsula.

California¹s Monterey Peninsula has long been a focal point of synergy for
the photographic arts.  Names like the Weston family and Ansel Adams
readily come to mind.  Today an organization of fine art photographers
from that region, The ImageMakers, continues that tradition.

This dynamic group of artists includes photographers, college instructors,
and published authors.  Their work has been exhibited nationally and
internationally.  Members work in both black and white and color, using
traditional, alternative, and digital methods.  Subject matter includes
documentaries, landscapes, portraits, underwater sea life, architecture,
and still life compositions.

Several members of The ImageMakers will present a panel discussion about
their work on Saturday, April 4th at 1 pm, prior to the artists¹ reception
which follows from 2:00 - 5:00.
