BILL TAPIA’s  Tour of the Century Continues: Fresno Art Museum Thursday April 23 7:30pm

And we do mean “century.”  Bill Tapia (born January 1, 1908)  hits the road to celebrate his birthday and the release of his new live album!

Folks love the “Duke of Uke” and with good reason. Not only is Tapia, at the age of 101, a living link to the Hawaiian music of a century ago, but he is also a virtuoso musician and a thoroughly engaging entertainer on stage. If nothing else, the chances are slim to none you'll find another entertainer anywhere in the world who can introduce a song as "something I learned during World War I.

Two years ago at only 98 he played to a sold out Fresno audience.
Invite your parents, grandparents, grandchildren—but don’t miss this concert.  Only 145 seats available.

$15 advance tickets available at Patrick’s Music, National Hardware or online: www.fresnofolkconcerts.com or  contact Pat at 431-3653 or patwolk at yahoo.com
For unbelievers, Google him up or youtube him.
