> The Fresno Arts Council would like to invite you to our 24th Annual
> Horizon Awards event this Thursday, April 9 at 6pm at City Hall in the
> Council Chambers.  The awards, created by artist Garrett Masterman, are
> given to recognize the following individuals, organizations and businesses
> that have made significant contributions toward the enrichment of life in
> our community through excellence in the ARTS:  Willis Portis for Artist;
> Tokyo Garden Restaurant-Business; Peter & Angela Dal Pezzo-Citizen; Dr.
> Roy Klassen-Educator; Granville Homes & League of Mexican American
> Women-Special; and Patrick Contreras-Youth.  A reception immediatley
> following the ceremony catered by "the Painted Table."  Fresno Magazine
> and Victor Ramayrat will be taking photos of this event.  Tickets are $20
