Clay Mix offers pottery classes. We limit only 10 students in each class so
that everyone receives individualized instruction from an instructor.
All levels are welcome. You can use the studio during our regular business
hours.

Hand-building Class
August 12 - September 16
Wednesdays: 6:00-8:30pm
Instructor: Ken Foster
Fee $145 (including one bag of clay and 2000 cubic inches of firing fee)
This course focuses on hand-building techniques including slab, coil, using
different tools or an extruder.

Wheel-throwing Class : Evening class:
August 25 - October 13
Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Instructor: Craig Easter
Fee: $195 (including one bag of clay and 2000 cubic inches of firing fee)
This course focuses on working with clay on a potter's wheel. Beginners will
learn basic skills in throwing and trimming. Advance students will explore
new techniques.

September 15 - November 8
Tuesdays, 9:30am - Noon
Instructor: Craig Easter
Fee: $195 (including one bag of clay and 2000 cubic inches of firing fee)
This course focuses on working with clay on a potter's wheel. Beginners will

new techniques.

Instructors:
Craig Easter has been creating ceramics over 35 years. He had served
President of San Joaquin Clay & Glass Association and has been a Emeritus
Member of Association of Clay and Glass Artists of California. You can view

Ken Foster holds a Master of Fine Art from California State University,
Fullerton. Ken has been exhibiting his work at galleries and art festivals
in California, Arizona and Nevada.
