[FAC] Cultural Arts News - Economic Stimulus Recovery Includes $50 million for NEA

The U.S. House of Representatives approved their final version of the
Economic Recovery bill by a vote of 246-183 AND the package DOES include $50
million in direct support for arts jobs through National Endowment for the
Arts grants.   Over 85,000 people wrote emails and letters, and thousands of
phone calls were made recognizing that the cultural sector plays an
important role in growing a thriving economy.  President Obama signs the
bill on Monday - President¹s Day.
