The Fresno State Symphony Orchestra features the annual concerto competition winners, two new works by student composers, and will collaborate with the Fresno State Concert Choir on this special event honoring the former chair of the Music Department, Dr. Phyllis Irwin, in celebration of her 80th birthday.
