Two Gallery 25 members, Heather Anderson and Tina Niswonger along with two guest artists, Kathy Wosika and Susan Quinn will be exhibiting a body of work that reflects the special relationship that each artist has with the natural world. Heather Anderson's paintings are reflective of her environmental concerns with rivers. Tina Niswonger's series of etchings represents gaining inner peace and strength from her cycling in the natural landscape. Kathy Wosika's papermaking project using natural materials while in Ghana, Africa reflects the turmoil between the natural beauty of the area and that of the intense poverty including discarded plastic bags by the 1000's that are everywhere. Kathy Wosika's question through her title is how do I return-with paper or plastic? Susan Quinn's three dimensional art uses natural found materials that embody her love for the mountains and the infinite details gifted by nature.
