The Fresno State team of Sark Davidian of Cutler, Calif., and Kong Moua of Fresno, Calif., won the National Guard FLW College Fishing Western Division event on the California Delta with four bass weighing 19 pounds, 4 ounces. 

The prize of $10,000 was distributed as follows: 1/2 to the student fishing club, and 1/2 to the President's Circle for Excellence.
