"Tot Spot" 

"Tot Spot at the Met" is a new activity for preschool children.  "Tot
Spot" will be held on Fridays starting December 4, 2009 through December
18, 2009 from 11:15am to noon.  Parents and their preschoolers are
invited to take part in this informal learning opportunity as we read
books and incorporate activities that explore, movement, art, music and
more. 

This program is free with Museum admission and will provide all
materials. Please meet in the Museum Lobby.

Holiday High Tea

Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009 from 3pm to 5pm

$35 ticket

A fundraiser for the Museum, High Tea brings back the old traditional
festive celebration of loved ones and friends paired with cookies and
finger sandwiches. Bring your mother, daughter, sister and favorite aunt
to this once a year event!

Science of Wine

Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009 from 6pm to 7:30pm

$20 for members/$25 for non-members

Kissed by the Sun: San Joaquin Valley Wines

Join the Fresno Metropolitan Museum for the Science of Wine Series on
the 2nd Thursday of each month. 

This monthly wine tasting and lecture program offers a featured wine
paired with hors d'oeuvres and presented with an informative lecture by
wine industry experts.

Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast

Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009 at 8am to 10:30am

$10 for adults, $7.50 children 6-12, children 5 and under are FREE

Rotary Club to host this breakfast of green proportions amongst the Dr.
Seuss Christmas Trees.  All proceeds benefit the Museum.

Silent auction of decorated tabletop Christmas Trees.

Create an ornament to take home.

Event grants access to all galleries.
