[FAC] Nov. 5 ArtHop @ West Side Museum of the Hallway art & jazz

It's all the Jazz on the West Side's Museum of the Hallway on Thursday Nov.
5 ArtHop from 5-8pm at Edison-Bethune Charter Academy, 1616 S. Fruit by
Chandler Airport off of Kernney.  Guest Art Exhibit: "Story of African
American Quilts," by: The Heritage Quilters Society. Special presentation at
7pm about their Quilts and "The quilts of G Bend."  Also exhibiting, "Jazz;
My Music, My People," by the young artists of Edison Bethune. The exhibit
explores the roots of today's rap music looking back through African
American history. The students' art works were inspired by the Harlem
Renaissance Artists. Enjoy live jazz and gospel music by local performers.
Shop in our new museum store featuring global arts, crafts & clothing by
Fair Horizons.   Museum of the Hallway will be offering free art activities
for the whole family.  Edison Bethune students are the youngest members of
the Fresno ArtHop and is the only ArtHop stop on the west side-We got the
jazz go'n on!
