SEEKING ARTISTS

ART BY HAND is a unique gift shop and gallery located inside the HandsOn
Central California offices at 732 N. Van Ness Ave. in the historic Tower
District (between Belmont & Olive).  We are planning our ArtHop Grand
opening on Thursday, November 5.  We are a non-profit community partnership
between local artists and fine arts creators such as glass/pottery,
photography, art, gifts and textiles.  Exhibitors, including students, and
authors can display, exhibit and sell their creations.  Custom and special
orders are available from select artists.  ART BY HAND offers reasonable
consignment rates.  All proceeds benefit HandOn Central California working
to inspire, equip and mobilize people to volunteer and create change in
their own community.  All submitted work must be fully developed, ready to
display and the original work of the artist.  Our selection criterion is
based on execution and craftsmanship; aesthetic quality; originality; and
ART BY HAND inventory balance.  We are also looking for unique gift items
and usable art.  To arrange for an appointment to meet with our Selection
