> CALL TO ARTISTS:
> 
> The Fresno Arts Council is having an Art Festival on Saturday, October 3
> from 10-4pm in the grass area at the Fresno Metropolitan Museum in
> Downtown Fresno at 1555 Van Ness.  We are seeking artists to exhibit and
> sell their artwork, it's free to participate, however, a $30 fee for
> reservations is required, which will be reimbursed if you show up.  We are
> also seeking musicians, performers and poets to perform short
> segments/performances.  Artists must provide supplies needed to exhibit
> their artwork (table, easels, etc.).  If you are interested, please
> contact Maria at: mfranco at fresnoartscouncil.org.

> The schedule for that week, as follows:
> *	Thurs., Oct. 1 Reedley ArtHop/Arts Festival all week from 10-10pm;
> *	Thurs., Oct. 1 ArtHop in Downtown/Tower District from 5-8pm;
> *	Thurs., Oct. 1 FCASH Art Reception from 5-10pm;
> *	Friday, Oct. 2 FCASH Art Conference from 8-5pm;
> *	Friday, Oct. 2 FUSE Music Festival by Creative Fresno at 8pm;
> *	Sat., Oct. 3 Fresno Arts Council Art Festival, CEP Ceremony & Pink
> Show sculpture installation from 10-4pm;
> *	Sat., Oct. 3 Annual Pink Show at the Tower Theatre at 7pm;
> *	Sat., Oct. 3 FUSE Music Festival by Creative Fresno from 4-11pm; and
> *	Sat. & Sun., Oct. 3 & 4 Sierra Art Trails, Open Studio Tour at
> Yosemite Foothills in Oakhurst from 10-6pm.

> We hope to make the Fresno Arts Council Art Festival an annual event and
> continue to collaborate to enhance art and 
> cultural awareness in our community.
