Intensive Workshops. 

Actors, models, voice-over artists register for roles in commercials, films,
industrial videos, voice-overs, and more! We are casting and raising the
bar!

COLD READS AND AUDITIONS
Saturday, Feb. 20 from 1-5pm
Instructor: Leslie Mitts Martin
There are times when you have to read or audition unprepared, maybe not,
know what character you are auditioning for or you're asked to do something
you hadn't prepared for. Leslie will reveal the secrets of choices, control
and confidence, presenting the techniques and skills necessary for a winning
Cold Read or Audition! (4 hr Intensive $75)

ACTING FOR KIDS(up to age 12)
Every Saturday from 9-10am
Instructor: Leslie Mitts Martin
This class is for children interested in the art and craft of acting.
Focusing on various methods of technique and finding the character within
themselves through warm ups, scene work and monologues, teamwork, we teach
skills for theater and film. We cover protocol, info for parents and a fun
enivronment to explore personalities. (1 hr class $25)

ACTING FOR TEENS(13 to 18)
Every Saturday from 10:30-12:30pm
Connecting creativity with the discipline of the art is the focus to hone
the craft of acting. Leslie melds various methods of technique through
warm-ups and exercises, scene work and monologues that apply to film and
theater, aid confidence and collaboration. Protocol and parent information
are also included. (2 hr class $35)

HEADSHOTS
Sunday, February 28 - by appointment only Enrique Meza is our photographer.
Lisa Vialpando will provide professional hair and make-up. We will provide
wardrobe assistance.
Christine Autrand Mitchell will provide Artistic Direction. You will receive
a CD of the best series - $275.

FILM VS. THEATER - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Saturday, March 13 from 1-5pm
Instructor: Matt Otstot
We are covering the acting challenges of these two mediums. You?ve heard it
before: the transition from Theater to Film is easy, from Film to Theater is
not. So, what are the differences? What does a stage actor need to know to
succeed in front of the camera? What does a film actor need to know to gain
a stand out performance? (4 hr Intensive $75)

ACTING FOR DIRECTORS
Saturday, March 27, 1-5pm
Instructors: Leslie Mitts Martin and Christine Autrand Mitchell How do you
deal with a difficult director? What if the director asks more of you than
you?re prepared for? What does the director expect of you for theater vs.
film? As an actor, this class is about what you can do to succeed in working
with any director. (4 hr Intensive $75)
