$1,100 IN CA$H PRIZE$: Enter the IAMFRESNOSTATE.com video contest!

Original 25-second video clips with the theme "I am Fresno State!" are being
accepted for the fourth annual contest at California State University,
Fresno.

"We're excited to see what Fresno State students will surprise us with this
year," said Angela Byrns, project coordinator. "Each year the entries are
getting better and better."

The "I am Fresno State!" contest builds pride and school spirit among
students, alumni and members of the faculty and staff.  Each entry will
receive an "I am Fresno State!" T-shirt and videos will be uploaded on
Youtube for public viewing. 

Prizes available are $400 for first place, $300 for second place, $200 for
third place and $200 for viewers' choice. The contest is open to students,
alumni and friends. Deadline to enter is April 16, 2010 at 4 p.m. 

Winners will be announced at the Awards Party scheduled to be held at The
Bucket on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 2 p.m.

I am still seelking a few more artists for Borders Bookstore for Saturday March 6th for a small venue
in the cafe area inside and outside weather permitting.  Live music will also be provided. Event will be from 2-5pm.

Artists must bring a small table, one or two easels, and if you can also do a small demo it helps to bond with the public in conversation.  For further information please contact Sally Oh at: partnersnart at comcast.net

May 1st from 10am - 7pm
Set up time is 7am to 9:30
Location:  Middle of Fig Garden Village
Fee is $75
Artists must supply their own tent space 10x10, tables, chairs, etc.
Deadline is March 3rd.
