"The Human Form" 
Anne Scheid

For the month of January, Gallery 25 will exhibit the artwork of Anne Scheid and a curated exhibit by Diran Lyons. Anne Scheid in her new work, water has a more animating role. It is no longer just a subject to be observed and studied, but rather an essential participant catalyzing the image providing the unexpected, the chaotic, the chance element from which the drawing evolves. 



Exhibition Dates: January 7-29, 2010 
ArtHop Thursday: January 7 from 5-8pm 
with Performance by Cheryl Kershaw and 

dancers: Nileen Clark and Tommy Truong at 8pm

Sunday, January 31 
12-4pm Political Remix Videos re-run 



A feature-length narrative film "Goodbye Victoria" which is directed by Diran Lyons and Matthew Potter will be screened on Friday, January 29 at 6pm. An installation and video that addresses U.S. Health Care by Pico National Network will be viewed on Saturday, January 30 from 12-4pm. Also, on the same day there will be a screening of various Political Remix Videos from 4-6pm. with an open mic discussion following at 7pm. There will be a Political Remix Video re-run on Sunday, January 31 from 12-4pm.
