[FAC] Filmworks Presents "Bright Star" this Friday

Big thanks to everyone who helped make the Keats poetry event so  
wonderful. We exceeded capacity at some 130 people and raised over  
$1,100 for FRESNO FILMWORKS! It was such a special night for Fresno.  
One I think we'll all remember for a long time.

Now comes the movie that inspired the poetry event! Please join us  
tomorrow for BRIGHT STAR, the new Jane Campion film about John Keats  
and Fanny Brawne. Info to follow:

Fresno Filmworks presents "Bright Star" at the Tower Theater.

The romantic period drama, which earned director Jane Campion a Palme  
d'Or
award nomination at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, tells the story of  
the
tragic love affair between Romantic poet John Keats and girl-next-door  
Fanny
Brawne.

Tickets cost $10 general and $8 for students and seniors, and can be
purchased by check or cash at the Tower Theater box office, 815 E. Olive
Ave.
