[FAC] Auditions: HAIR - Monday and Tuesday

HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical!

A celebration of life, HAIR features some of the most influential songs ever
written for the stage. Welcome to the curly, shaggy, gleaming, streaming,
wonderful world of HAIR!

Auditions: January 18 & 19, 2009. 6 p.m. Callbacks on the 21st at Fresno
Memorial Auditorium, 2425 Fresno St., Fresno, CA.

*People of all sizes, types and ethnicities are welcome! Ages 16 and up.

Come prepared to provide sheet music for our accompanist and to sing 16 bars
of music. Reading from the script may also be required.

Rehearsals begin February 1st at Sierra Vista Mall.

Performance dates are March 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27.

Director Heather Parish is the Artistic Director of the Woodward Shakespeare
Festival where she directed 2009's *Richard III*. She has also directed the
comedies *Enchanted April*, *The Importance of Being Earnest*, and *You're a
Good Man, Charlie Brown* as well as the drama *The Turn of the Screw*
and *All's
Red that's Riding Hood*. She is excited that her first venture with Musical
Theatreworks Fresno with this "love letter to freedom, hope, and change."
